The project is implemented in Magu district the project has been implemented within four wards of Bujashi, Bujora, kisesa and Kongolo aimed to address GBV, Advocate rights to equality and freedom against discrimination among girls and young women.
Fadhili Teens Tanzania have continued promote rights to women against different forms of discrimination and support these groups to enjoying rights such rights to education, economic right different session has produce number of result were current women and young girls are aware on their rights, in case of violence they know where to report cases, the increase number of women who competed in different political position.

The project facilitated also enabled the formation of 14 girls group with total of 212 girls who are direct engaged with different session related to girl’s rights, GBV, the sessions have helped girls on understand their rights and how to claim those right for benefit of their dreams. Uses of Poster and Picture Card, Rapid have helped community to be aware and able to report on noted violence. Girls groups have currently started practice knowledge and skills gain from different session by starting small income generating activities including in Making of batik, groundnuts, squash, door Capet, making of yogurt milk and making of breads as part of economic empowerment. Some girls have started reported on how they have started to claim for their rights in their respective areas. All these have helped to improve economic status and household income to young mothers and girls outside school in other way many young women have started noted some changes within their community.
The uses of local community Activist have helped organization to cover big part and reach large group of people in the community we save with different session related to rights, gender based violence all this have helped community to take action against violence cases. The project has managed to reach and empower 92 Community Activist’s this both men and women who are regular helping community and people whom their rights have been violated by reporting cases to the responsible institutions
