15 to 24 dis aggregated by sex (male and female) are systematically under-represented groups socially, economically and politically. These groups generally have few and limited opportunities to participate in and influence political decisions and issues that affect their lives and their future due to a limited access to information, low voice and negotiation skills whenever they get a change to attend meetings.
